Cancellations By The User

We reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests for any reason.
We do not refund the amount; however, customers may redeem the amount for another outfit or receive a credit note under their name, valid only if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
 

Billing

Prices are inclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.
Customers pay the final MRP as shown on our website.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for account credit only if:

• We receive the merchandise within 2 days from the delivery date.

• Items are unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Email us at dissemble.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 99200 26815 to initiate a return.

No refunds are issued. Goods once sold can only be exchanged or credited. If replacement isn't possible, store credit will be issued for future purchases.
 

Return/Exchange Terms

• Only items with a manufacturing defect or completely different from what was ordered will be considered.

• Items must be returned with all original tags intact.

• Damaged or soiled returns may be rejected and returned to the customer.
   

Cancellation

If the order has already been processed, cancellation will not be possible.
Store credit will be provided against cancellation, subject to eligibility.
